This April 23rd, 2008, officially launched the construction activities of the first stage from the large-scale project Winslow Gardens. On the plot where the closed-type residential complex will be developed, gathered partners, customers and guests of Winslow Gardens. The Customer and his convenience and comfort have been core priority during the design process of the complex and the work of Winslow Gardens’s team. As a gesture of respect to the Customer, the right and the honour to turn the first sod received the first customer who purchased residence at Winslow Gardens. Mr. Ivan Mekushin, Owner and Manager of Winslow Developments and Mr. Pierre Cherki, co-Chief Executive Officer RREEF Europe (the global alternative investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division) presented the qualities and advantages of the project.

The project Winslow Gardens will be developed in partnership with RREEF – the global alternative investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division.

Due to its strategic importance and the amount of the investment, the project Winslow Gardens has been awarded with First Class Investment Certificate.

Financial partner in this project is Raifaisenbank (Bulgaria) ЕАD, which grants loan at the amount of 72 million leva for the construction of the first stage of the project. Raifaisenbank grants also loans to the customers of Winslow Gardens for the purchase of apartments and garages, and for completion works and furnishing.

The Winslow Gardens project will include two further phases; the second phase will consist of two residential complexes, and the third a combination of residential and office buildings.

The complex Winslow Gardens will provide convenient, pleasant, secure and practical residential environment to its inhabitants. This project is developed with the idea of preserving the surrounding environment. This is the first residential complex in Bulgaria with individual gas supply system. The construction shall be done on area of 22,2 decares, out of which - 12 000 sq. m. park with special selected anti-allergic trees.
For the convenience of the people living at Winslow Gardens complex there will be SPA Center on area of over 2000 sq. m. with Fitness and 25-meter swimming pool. The complex includes 6 low-story buildings with 444 apartments having different area of surface, children’s playgrounds, multifunctional playground for basketball, mini-football and volleyball, restaurant, mini market, shops, drugstore, beauty center, drycleaner’s, bakery, special equipped section for pets.

Approximately about 60% from the apartments in the residential complex Winslow Gardens have been already sold. About 80 % from the new owners are Bulgarians. The purchasers are professionals with their own business, people with free professions and managers. Most of the owners are young couples and families with children.

The main contractor of the first stage of the project Winslow Gardens is Glavbolgarstroy (GBS - Sofia АD).
