Second come – communications and locality, third - view, forth – environment (green areas, pure air), fifth is the additional comfort saving time to busy people, sixth – architectural concept, seventh – social statutes of the neighbors. Price ranks at one of the last places when choosing a home in a closed type complex. These are the results of an unofficial research of Winslow Developments – investor in the first ecologically designed complex in our country. The company shares that the research has been made in between their potential customers but it, to a greater degree, reflects the preferences and profile of people wishing to live in a closed type complex.
The lack of unknown people in the building and playground for the children are part of the “calmness” criteria related to the closed type complexes. The quick access to the center and at the same time spacious view to Vitosha Mountain is preferred by dynamic customers. Green areas, low storied buildings, great distance in between and lack of cars between the buildings are criteria looked for too. In between the additional comfort of the complexes, the customers number their personal parking place, shops, dry cleaning, SPA center, mini football and basketball playgrounds and the swimming pool – just a few meters away from their home.
84% of Winslow Gardens customers have families. Around 60% have children; so the study room for children, safe path walks, the park and anti-allergic plants available in the closed complex are important conveniences for them, says Laska Nenova, Commercial Director of Winslow Developments.
They add from the company that, above 60% of the people having purchased home at Winslow Gardens, are owners of petty and small business. 31% occupy leading positions in Bulgarian and international companies. Most of them work in the field of services (45%) while the prevailing part of them are in the IT field, followed by those working in the field of trade – 22 %. Real estate, marketing and advertising, politics, banks and finance, juridical science and architecture are in between the rest of the buyers’ fields of activities.
Social environment for modern people proves to be also as important as locality. The residential complexes of controlled access gather together people of solid social status and interests and create possibilities for business partnership .For instance, around 30% of the apartments have been purchased by people who know each other and wish to live close one to another. Additional to that, higher standard of living in the controlled access complexes makes their management and maintenance much easier as well, adds Laska Nenova.

The investment in the complex is 105 mil BGN. It has got First class investment Certificate by the Ministry of economics and energy.
