Winslow Developments plans to provide passive building elements in 2 projects in Gradoman – Malo Buchino and in Banja Village. Investments in both projects exceed the amount of 400 million BGN.
The term passive house refers highest category of ultra-low energy buildings. Passive houses provide permanent micro climate at low energy consumption levels . A net zero-energy building (ZEB) is a term for a related approach to creating buildings that on annual basis use equal energy to the amount they produce using renewable energy sources.

In order to comply with the passive house standart, a building must not use more than 15 kWh/m² per year in heating energy.
Passive houses are an efficient instrument for global warming prevention as they reduce the amounts of CO2  emitions in the atmosphere. Among the benefits that passive houses provide are 85 % average cost reductions for heating and cooling, comfortable living environment, fresh and clean air, reduction of dust, damp, and noise levels,
