Winslow Developments – a company investing in real estates, purchased 15 985 sq.m of land for the implementation of its second joint project with Deutsche Bank. The property is located in Vitosha RD in Sofia. The expectations are that by the time of finalizing the deal the company`s investments in the two projects will have exceeded € 65 million.
During this year Winslow Developments has formed a joint venture company with RREEF – the investment management arm of Deutsche Bank to develop significant building projects on the territory of Bulgaria, which will initially focus on the construction and management of two residential complexes in Sofia. The said complexes will be located in Manastirski Livadi area and Vitosha RD.
The first project:
The complex will include 330 flats to be built on 22,2 decares. Among the characteristic features of the first project of Winslow Developments will be the low-rise buildings, controlled access and abundance of greenery. The complex will have a park, walking alleys, rock-gardens, barbecue, spa and fitness centre, nursery school, mini market, pharmacy and medical consulting rooms.
In July the Company announced a competition for architectural design selection in which 12 architectural teams submitting 14 creative proposals took part. Each project will be evaluated by an independent selection committee consisting of well-known experts in the field.
So far Winslow Developments has developed seven projects in the town of Bansko comprising residential buildings for seasonal use or the so-called apartment hotels. The greatest of them is a complex of three buildings having area of 11 000 sq.m.
