Winslow Developments Investment Company is planning to invest € 65 million in building two new residential complexes in Sofia, as was announced by the company. For this purpose it has acquired a plot of 15.8 sq.m in Vitosha RD. The project will be jointly implemented by Winslow and Deutsche Bank. The Bulgarian Company and Deutsche Bank have formed a joint venture company to develop construction projects. The investment in Vitosha RD is one of the projects the company intends to implement in Sofia.
The other one refers to the construction of a complex in Manastirski Livadi area. It envisages the construction of 330 flats on 22.2 decares. The new residential complex in Manastirski Livadi will be called Winslow Town. The complex will comprise low-rise buildings and the access to it will be controlled. It will have a barbecue, SPA and fitness centre, nursery school, mini market, pharmacy and medical consulting rooms.
The company is in the process of selecting architectural solution for its project in Manastirski Livadi following a competition held in July. The selection committee consists of representatives of the Chamber and Union of Architects.
Winslow Developments is an investment company developing real estate projects. Company’s activities include purchase of land, funding and construction of buildings as well as after-sale maintenance and management of buildings. So far the construction company has implemented seven projects in Bansko Mountain resort. It has built seven residential buildings for seasonal use, also known as apartment hotels. The biggest complex consists of three buildings and has area of 11 thousand sq. m.
According to the information provided by DAKSI Information Register, Winslow Developments is owned by three natural persons, each of them holding 1/3 of company’s capital. These persons are Yanik Stoychev Mekoushin, Ivan Stoychev Mekoushin and Michael Graham Wellings
