Winslow Developments and Deutsche Bank will invest over 65 million euros in their first two joint residential projects in Sofia, as communicated by the Bulgarian Company.
A month ago it announced its intention to form a joint venture company with RREEF – the specialized arm of the German Bank, to invest in real estates.
The first of the two complexes will be located in Manastirski Livadi RD and will comprise 330 flats to be built on 22,2 decares. The project envisages the construction of low-rise buildings, lots of greenery and controlled access. The complex will have a park, walking alleys, rock-gardens, barbecue, spa and fitness centre, nursery school, mini market, pharmacy and medical consulting rooms.
In July the Company announced an architectural design competition in which 12 architectural teams submitting 14 design proposals took part. The projects will be evaluated by an independent selection committee consisting of well-known experts in the field.
A terrain of 15 985 located in Vitosha RD and intended for the construction of the second residential complex has already been bought.
So far Winslow Developments has developed seven projects in Bansko comprising residential buildings for seasonal use or the so-called apartment hotels. The greatest of them is a complex consisting of three buildings and having area of 11 000 sq.m.
