RREEF, the real estate and infrastructure investment management arm of Deutsche Bank and the construction company Winslow Developments Ltd established joint-venture Limex City. The new company will invest in real estate.
The joint venture company has already underwritten its first two investments both of which are residential developments in Sofia with a projected 700 apartment units. The commitment for these first two projects will amount to approximately €10 million. One of the complexes will be developed in Manastirski Livadi district and the pre-project phase has already started.
In the future the activity of the joint-venture may expand to commercial and business sectors as well as to other parts of Bulgaria.
