Deutsche Bank will invest EUR 10 mln. in building construction in the country. The investment division of the bank RREEF and the Bulgarian company Winslow Developments established joint-venture company. It plans the construction of two residential complexes in the capital with projected 700 apartment units. The joint venture company will be 88% owned by an investment fund managed by RREEF and 12% by Winslow. Winslow will act as the operating partner.
