Winslow Developments promoted the Mountain Residence complexes in Bansko at the International Autumn Fair  DomExpo in Moscow, which took place from 11th  to 14th October. The Fair stands were arranged in Gostinnoj Dvor Hall in the centre of the Russian capital. The Fair was attended by 27 Bulgarian companies, which offered different destinations in Bulgaria.
Winslow Developments took part in partnership with New-Address, and the stand, arranged as an art gallery, was honoured by the organizers for best design and national advertising of Bulgaria.
The visitors on the Fair demonstrated for the first time special interest to Bansko. They were interested not only in the opportunities for ski tourism, offered by the resort, but also in the cultural life and night entertainments in the town.  Bansko was promoted both as winter and summer tourist destination.  
The Mountain Residence complexes challenged the interest of the visitors. They were attracted by the good location – close to the lift, the comfort of the apartments, as well as the hotel conveniences and services, provided by the complexes.
Many visitors at the Fair show not only tourist interest but also investment interest in Mountain Residence. Thus they estimated highly the services, offered by  Winslow Property Management  - incorporated to manage and rent commercial objects and residential buildings of different scale. From the newly-presented service the potential investors in Bansko expect guaranteed annual yield from their properties, excellent maintenance and cleaning, as well as facilitating the administrative and accounting obligations of the owner.
