A key advantage of securing a rental agreement with Winslow is the seamless hand over between our Sales and After Sales Department (Property Management Department). The Sales Department always maintains a detailed history report throughout the sales process, and if the customer has agreed to take out rental agreement with Winslow, then once the property is ready for transfer, the two departments meet and the hand over process begins. This procedure ensures customer compliance, quality service and good relations.

The Property Management Department manages and maintains all our completed projects on behalf of our customers. In essence, the Property Management Department is to act as a "care taker" for the property whilst the owners are away, and can, if appointed by the customer, manage rentals, as well as clean, service, maintain and secure all apartments. In addition Winslow will manage all the payment process of local bills, such as, cable and utility costs to the local municipality. As described in the paragraph above, Winslow views this very much, as an after sales service, facilitating the customer experience, and which commences once a specific project reaches the completion stage of construction, and is handed over to customers.
