Winslow Developments became a part of Winslow Group.

Winslow Group has provided to invest over EUR 600 000 000.

Winslow Group consists of Winslow Developments, Winslow Property Management, Winslow Agro Fund and Winslow Energy.

Company restructuring has been induced due to new business units differentiation and company activity focusing to new projects in the field of construction, agriculture, power engineering as well as property management.

Winslow Group is a Bulgarian company with English shareholders, investing in the fields of vacational and residential developments, agriculture and power engineering. Winslow Gardens, a gated residential complex, located in “Manastirski Livadi ” district in Sofia, is the flagship project of the company. Block 6 in the complex has reached the stage of rough construction. The whole complex will be developed till in 2010. The amount of the investments provided for infrastructure is nearly four million BGN.

Winslow Agro Fund is specialized in the field of investment in agricultural land as well as in production of agricultural products. Currently the company owns 28 000 decares high quality arable land, located in five of the most fertile regions of Bulgaria. The company cultivates more than 40 000 decares.

Winslow Energy is specialized in the development of power engineering projects as well as sustainable energy sources projects.
